- Service Overview
Speedy Liquor Delivery Inc. (“Speedy Liquor Delivery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an authorized liquor delivery service company in Calgary, Alberta. We offer liquor delivery services to customers within our delivery area.
- Placing Orders
2.1 Order Placement: Customers can place orders by calling or sending an SMS to our designated phone number. Orders can be placed during our operating hours, which are from 9 PM until 1.5 hours after the closing time of liquor stores.
2.2 Payment: Payment for orders is collected at the time of delivery through a Credit/Debit Card Terminal. For orders exceeding $300, we accept payment via email transfer. The specific payment instructions will be provided to the customer when placing the order.
- Delivery Service
3.1 Delivery Time: We strive to deliver orders within 45 minutes of receiving them. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as the availability of the liquor ordered and the rush at the liquor store.
3.2 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be communicated to the customer during the order confirmation process. The specific delivery charges may vary based on the distance and other relevant factors.
- Age Verification and Legal Compliance
4.1 Age Verification: By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the province of Alberta, Canada.
4.2 Compliance with Laws: We operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale and delivery of alcohol. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding the purchase and consumption of alcohol.

5.1 Limitations: Speedy Liquor Delivery will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly and accurately. However, we do not guarantee the availability of specific liquor products or the accuracy of product descriptions or prices displayed on our website.
5.2 Liability: Speedy Liquor Delivery shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, including but not limited to delays, errors, or inaccuracies in delivery or order processing.
